The Role
As an EPM Consultant, you will:
- Work with clients to analyze and understand their existing processes, offering guidance on improvements and identifying tailored solutions.
- Configure and implement the Board software to address specific business challenges.
- Support clients through the entire project lifecycle, including process analysis, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live optimization.
- Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and consultants to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, either virtually or on-site, balancing in-office work (three days per week in Ternat) with remote work (two days per week).
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with the Board platform is essential.
- Previous consulting experience or work in EPM-related roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with financial and operational processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, or supply chain management, is a strong plus.
- Skills:

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Effective communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and French is required.

A recently acquired Salesforce partner, who grew organically by 0-200 people from March 2020 - Oct 2024 are looking to add to their dedicated Pre-Sales function.
They are well known for delivering enterprise level Salesforce projects to the Telco, FinServ and Energy & Utilities (E&U) sectors - this role will specifically focus on the E&U sector (previous sector experience desirable, but not essential).
As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for eliciting customer requirements and offering innovate solutions leveraging Salesforce. You will engage in traditional Pre-Sales activities, as well as playing a role in delivery and aftercare, ensuring customer success.
This is a majoratively remote role - you'll likely predominantly be home based, with some trips to their London office, client site and The Salesforce Tower.
The successful applicant will be expected to have:
- 5+ years Pre-Sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and core clouds.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in SAP security, governance, and compliance, ensuring robust access controls and risk management in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP security solutions for S/4HANA, Fiori, ECC, and cloud environments.
- Manage role-based access, segregation of duties (SoD), and GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).
