Pre-Sales Salesforce Solution Architect:

A recently acquired Salesforce partner, who grew organically by 0-200 people from March 2020 - Oct 2024 are looking to add to their dedicated Pre-Sales function.

They are well known for delivering enterprise level Salesforce projects to the Telco, FinServ and Energy & Utilities (E&U) sectors - this role will specifically focus on the E&U sector (previous sector experience desirable, but not essential).

As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for eliciting customer requirements and offering innovate solutions leveraging Salesforce. You will engage in traditional Pre-Sales activities, as well as playing a role in delivery and aftercare, ensuring customer success.

This is a majoratively remote role - you'll likely predominantly be home based, with some trips to their London office, client site and The Salesforce Tower.

The successful applicant will be expected to have:

• 5+ years Pre-Sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and core clouds.
• A background in consulting/software vendors.
• Energy & Utilities experience, or a keen interest in the sector.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication skills

Role: SAP Security Architect
Length: Initial 6-month engagement
Location: Remote - adhoc travel to Brussels
Pay Rate: €700 - €800 per day

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Architect / Consultant for a long-term contract to design, implement, and manage security solutions across S/4HANA, Fiori, and GRC. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in SAP security, governance, and compliance, ensuring robust access controls and risk management in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SAP security solutions for S/4HANA, Fiori, ECC, and cloud environments.
• Manage role-based access, segregation of duties (SoD), and GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).
• Optimise Fiori Security and troubleshoot authorisation issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and industry security standards.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to integrate security best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Security experience in large-scale environments.
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA, Fiori Security, and GRC Access Control.
• Proven experience in role management, user provisioning, and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of SAP Basis security, cloud integration's (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS), and compliance frameworks.
• SAP Security certification is a plus.

I am working with a global organisation that are looking for a Dayforce Consultant to help on their ongoing HR Transformation journey. You will be responsible for conducting a current Dayforce system review and suggesting improvements on how they can improve their Dayforce system to make it more efficient.

This is an initial 4 week discovery piece with the potential to extend further to implement your suggested improvements.

Experience:

• Oracle HCM expert who comes from a functional / technical background
• Experience in multiple roll-outs, with at least one within Cloud environment
