I have been engaged by the world's leading public policy consultancy focused on technology on a search for a development leader. The New Business team is the “tip of the spear” for our clients Go-To-Market strategy. Individuals in this team are tasked with securing new logos.
Role: Director of Business Development
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid - 2 Days)
Compensation: $200-$250k Base + Commission (TBC)
Responsibilities:
- Convert viable prospects into active clients owning the full sales conversation and negotiation
process, collaborating with Practice Directors and Client Services peers, to ensure an effective
handover - Continually build a pipeline of opportunities to deliver against targets such as total contract value
and in year revenue - Leads the development of proposals or responses to bids and presents high quality pitches for
complex and/or high value opportunities
Experience:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering successful revenue growth
- Experience selling disruptive new products and services
- Extensive experience working alongside business leadership and consulting teams to leverage
their respective personal brand channels and grow revenue - Analytical and financial acumen in building and delivering successful new business development
models, with associated risk parameters - A compelling communicator or storyteller. Able to convey gravitas and exert influence with
internal and external audiences, clients, and partners.

New Opportunity: AVP, Liquidity Risk Manager- New York, NY $110-135k base salary
Work at this foreign exchange market company assessing risk impact and benefits.
Responsibilities include:
-ensure adequate liquidity and market risk assessment
-guarantee model risk governance
-perform monthly stress scenarios and risk impact analysis in response to market/geopolitical events
-effectively communicate and present analysis and findings
The ideal candidate is skilled in financial analytics, risk methodology, and data managements systems. They should be strongly disciplined in delivering high quality work, have excellent critical thinking capabilities, and be exceptionally detail oriented.

We're seeking a skilled developer to join our team and enhance our in-house DBO applications. In this role, you'll contribute to the development and support of .NET and Angular applications, ensuring the highest standards of quality across the Software Development Lifecycle.
Reporting to the Development Lead, you'll work in an agile environment for an industry-leading company, leveraging cutting-edge technology. By developing a deep understanding of their systems, you'll play a key role in achieving their development goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, support, and deploy web and back end applications using .NET and Angular.
- Write high-quality code that meets customer requirements and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate within an agile team of 6-9 members.
- Coordinate with enterprise architects, development leads, and product managers to align functionality and implementation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Core Competencies
- Expert-level knowledge of C# and the .NET framework.
- Proficient in Java-based frameworks, tools, and technologies.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and REST API design.
- Solid understanding of Angular, software design patterns, and enterprise design patterns.
- Strong database knowledge, ideally with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM).
Skills
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) in technology settings.
- Self-motivated, independent, and a team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related technology field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies in a multi-division or international setting.

Salesforce Product Owner:
A global healthcare company, with UK offices in Cheshire, are hiring a Salesforce Product Owner to deliver Salesforce to a new area of the business. Leading an onshore team of 4 (2x Developers, 1x BA, 1x Admin), you'll interface with a variety of teams and stakeholders to deliver this key business transformation project.
Whilst a strong understanding of Salesforce is obviously expected in this role, more important are your business facing credentials. This is a complex organisation, with intricate processes - an individual with strong communications skills, a patient, relaxed approach and able to navigate company politics is likely to have the best chance of success.
Other key criteria for the role includes:
- 5+ years Salesforce experience
- Previously directly managed Salesforce resources
- Exposure to and knowledge of integration platforms - ideally Mulesoft
- Worked in a healthcare setting and had experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills - able to liaise effectively with the board, stakeholders and users across various global locations
Role: Salesforce Product Owner
Location: This is a majoratively remote role, however regular travel to Cheshire is expected for this hire to be successful - this will likely equate to roughly 1 day per week/2 days per week
