About the role:

The Product Delivery Lead plays a key role in delivering high-value analytics products that drive business outcomes across areas like Revenue Growth Management, supply chain, people development, and sustainability. The immediate focus is on delivering a new Promotional Analysis Product leveraging advanced analytics and AI to optimise trade promotions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data products using Agile methodologies
• Ensure resource allocation, team coordination, and timely delivery
• Monitor delivery processes, risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Scrum Master, Product Owner, and development teams
• Oversee product improvements and stability
• Track budgets, timelines, and scope changes

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience delivering data & analytics products, ideally within Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
• Strong knowledge of the digital product lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience with RGM-related datasets (sales, promotions, financials)
• Knowledge of : SQL, Python, R, Power BI, ADO, Jira
• Understanding of predictive modelling and machine learning
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
