Au sein de la Direction Corporate Finance du groupe, vous êtes rattaché à la responsable consolidation, vous intégrez une équipe de 3 personnes et êtes chargé de participer à l'élaboration des comptes consolidés du Groupe et à l'administration du logiciel de consolidation. Vous participerez ainsi pleinement au développement de notre futur outil de EPM (consolidation, FP&A, RSE).

Le périmètre du Groupe est constitué de plusieurs filiales en France et à l'étranger.

Principales missions :

Outil EPM

Pendant le projet

  1. Participation à la phase de définition des besoins de reportings / dashboards des différents domaines et de KPI opérationnels
  2. Participations aux ateliers de conception
  3. Migration des données
  4. Participation aux phases de recettes
  5. Accompagnement au changement et formations des utilisateurs finaux

Au terme du projet

  1. Interface avec les filiales pour la validation et la création des utilisateurs dans l'outil,
  2. Implémenter / Rationaliser / Documenter les différents profils de sécurité par typologie d'utilisateurs,
  3. Mettre en place les processus de revue des sécurités / droits,
  4. Animer, coordonner et piloter la maintenance et les évolutions fonctionnelles de l'outil EMP tant sur la France qu'à l'international,
  5. Recenser et faire le suivi des résolutions de problèmes ou demandes de mise en œuvre / aménagement du paramétrage,
  6. Participer à l'administration des référentiels et à l'administration fonctionnelle de l'outil EPM,
  7. Assister les contributeurs (tant français qu'étrangers) à l'utilisation du logiciel,
  8. Assurer la conduite du changement en tant que garant du « core modèle EPM » et organiser / animer les formations sur l'outil (vous préparez et mettez à jour des supports de formation),
  9. Organiser des journées d'échanges dans l'objectif d'amélioration continue de l'outil,
  10. Participer à l'élaboration des mapping entre les ERP locaux et notre outil dans le but d'homogénéiser la restitution des données,
  11. Administrer des modules intragroupes et IFRS16.

Tâches de consolidation

  1. Vous participez à l'élaboration du dossier IFRS16 : recensements des données, intégration dans notre logiciel de calcul des impacts, saisie des écritures de consolidation,
  2. Vous pilotez le dossier réconciliation des données intragroupes : suivi des écarts au niveau Groupe, relance des contributeurs, contrôle et justificatifs des écarts,
  3. Réalisation d'analyses diverses (calcul impacts de change locaux, justification des écarts entre le free cash flow consolidé et le free cash flow du service trésorerie, …) et support opérationnel des divisions pour l'analyse des comptes mensuels des filiales du Groupe (compte de résultat, bilan, TFT, …) : échange direct avec les services financiers locaux,
  4. Etablissement de divers justificatifs au niveau consolidé Groupe afin de fiabiliser les chiffres remontés, d'expliquer les impacts à la direction et de pouvoir établir les annexes aux comptes consolidés (concevoir de façon détaillée des maquettes automatisées destinées à la collecte de l'information consolidée),
  5. Analyser l'évolution des nouvelles normes IFRS, connaître et documenter les principales règles comptables locales, participer au maintien à jour du manuel de consolidation et de toutes autres procédures.

Profil

  • Vous êtes issu d'une formation supérieure en finance / comptabilité.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 4 à 5 ans avec une dimension projet SI idéalement acquise à un poste similaire dans un environnement industriel et international.
  • Bonnes connaissances des techniques de consolidation et des normes comptables et IFRS.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques du pack office (Excel, Word et Powerpoint) et disposez d'une aisance et bonne connaissance de l'utilisation de logiciel de consolidation (SAP Business Finance Consolidation et une première expérience réussie sur une solution EPM seraient un plus).
  • Aisance relationnelle, autonome et rigoureux, vous êtes reconnu pour votre dynamisme, votre capacité d'analyse et votre force de proposition, votre esprit d'équipe, votre implication et votre réactivité.

I'm currently working with an Advanced Technology solutions provider who are currently going through an exciting period of growth within their US-based Industry 4.0 function, and are looking for an experienced leader to help drive forward the business unit.

The Industry 4.0 Manager will work directly with the Partner to lead all operations within the business unit and is responsible for overseeing all Industry 4.0 & Connected Factory programs from concept through to implementation. This will be a customer-focused role, helping to guide all solutions and projects as well as identifying business development opportunities in the form of expanding existing relationships and maximizing revenue for the business. This role will manager a team of experienced Industry 4.0 Engineers and will be on hand to provide them with development and mentoring within the role as well as working to assign project responsibilities within the team.

Key skills & experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in the Industry 4.0 space which includes the development and implementation of relevant solutions
  • Ignition (by Inductive Automation) Gold Certified with experience managing Ignition projects

I'm currently working with a US-based Food & Beverage manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced MES Specialist to join them on a permanent basis who will be responsible for leading the MES Operations across several sites.

They have been using Ignition (by Inductive Automation) platform for the past 5+ years so are well setup in this regard; however, the role of the MES Specialist will be to develop additional functionality, ensure continuous improvement and use data to leverage enhancements in new areas for the business. This role is going to be more on the operational side than software, and will be working with senior leadership to help guide strategic decisions and change management for the systems.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Must have demonstrable experience working in the manufacturing space and have a good understanding of how a manufacturing facility operates and its processes.
  • Need to have strong communication skills. Will be communicating with folks on the shop floor (some of whom English is not their first language) all the way up to the CEO.
