We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Director of Finance to manage and control the financial operations for our legal entities across Europe. This role will provide crucial insights into the financial position of the organization and ensure the accurate availability of balance sheet and P&L data in compliance with GAAP and other financial standards. The successful candidate will oversee financial accounting, monthly closings, financial reporting, cash management, payroll, tax compliance, and SOX requirements. This position will involve collaboration with the Shared Services Provider and close coordination with our Finance department in Bridgewater, as well as other organizational functions as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities and external reporting in alignment with company schedules and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure accurate presentation and valuation of assets and liabilities.
  • Manage VAT and income tax reporting and compliance, working alongside the Shared Services Provider and external tax advisors.
  • Oversee employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate recording and payment of related expenses and benefits.
  • Prepare quarterly cash flow reports and funding requirements.
  • Manage accounts receivable aging, including credit and collections.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and proper treatment of significant accounting and tax items, providing early warnings to senior management on material issues.
  • Adapt global finance policies and develop necessary European finance policies.
  • Design, implement, and verify the efficiency of financial processes and internal controls, ensuring compliance with SOX and accounting policies.
  • Research and advise on local legal, finance, and tax requirements, consulting with external advisors as needed.
  • Act as the primary contact for external and internal auditors, taking ownership of resolving key audit findings.
  • Initiate and support enhancements to financial systems.
  • Contribute to the development of financial, tax, and legal strategies.
  • Participate in operational and strategic planning processes.

Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of Accounting/Finance experience in a managerial role within the European market, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of internal control environments, including Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
  • Solid theoretical knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred.

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
  • Capacity to influence and lead cross-functional teams towards strategic objectives.
  • Proven experience in improving and implementing new financial processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Contexte :
Le groupe recherche un(e) COORDINATEUR(RICE) MIGRATION DE DONNÉES pour assurer la réussite des migrations dans le cadre de son Schéma Directeur.

Dans ce cadre, plusieurs projets ont été lancés pour recueillir les besoins actuels, définir les cibles et intégrer des progiciels du marché avec les adaptations spécifiques nécessaires. Parallèlement, des stratégies de migration de données ont été définies, avec un aperçu du périmètre et une méthode générale.

La prochaine étape consiste à sécuriser les migrations de données nécessaires et à coordonner toutes les actions de migration réalisées par les équipes projet. Ces actions incluent la spécification détaillée des besoins, l'extraction, la transformation et le chargement de données dans le parc applicatif cible, en tenant compte des données sources (volume, qualité et intégrité, complexité, accessibilité) et du calendrier du Schéma Directeur. Le périmètre de migration concerne toutes les données liées aux Prospects, Clients, Fournisseurs, Contrats, données de vente, données logistiques et financières.

Directement rattaché(e) au DSI adjoint en charge du Schéma Directeur, vous êtes garant(e) de la migration et de la coordination des travaux de migration menés par et avec les différentes équipes projets, contributeurs Métier et informatiques.

Missions principales :

  • Extraction et transformation des données : définir les critères et appliquer des règles de dédoublonnage.
  • Importation des données : gérer l'intégration en évitant les doublons.
  • Analyse des risques : évaluer les impacts et proposer des solutions.
  • Coordination transverse : superviser les chantiers de migration et assurer le suivi des indicateurs.
  • Reporting : établir des rapports sur l'avancement des migrations.

Relation directe avec les chefs de projets et les équipes informatiques

Vous êtes force de proposition sur les bonnes pratiques, méthodes et solutions de migration, afin de faciliter et d'assurer les migrations avec les parties prenantes.

Descriptif du poste :

  • Organiser et planifier la migration des données en tenant compte des ressources et contraintes.
  • Proposer des actions de migration, rédiger des plans avec les acteurs concernés et définir les conditions de réussite.
  • Coordonner les actions et chantiers de migration menés par différentes équipes projets.
  • Préparer et adapter les modalités d'action selon le Schéma Directeur et les règles du groupe (sécurité, RGPD).
  • Suivre et rapporter les résultats de migration aux équipes Métiers et IT.
  • Communiquer avec l'écosystème pour partager méthodes et anticiper les risques.
  • Documenter les processus et plans d'action liés à la migration.
  • Conseiller sur des solutions de migration adaptées (semi/automatisation).
  • Coordonner la conduite du changement en collaboration avec les chefs de projet.
  • Animer les instances de pilotage des chantiers de migration.

Profil recherché :

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en migration de données.
  • Expérience en coordination de projets
  • Anglais technique et connaissance des outils de migration.
  • Profil technico fonctionnel
  • Familiarité avec SAP S/4 et autres progiciels.
