This Role: Channel Product Manager $96,000-$204,000(range may vary based on a number of factors)

A hybrid opportunity in Sunnyvale, CA at a global fintech company dedicated to creating successful payment platforms worldwide. You would be joining with the knowledge that the company is currently under exponential growth, specific to the US market with the expectations of continual growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand user mindset and behavior through research, observation, data-mining, and E2E testing.
  • Cooperate with the partners and internal teams, expanding US and Latin American channels to global merchants. Implement and manage the integration of payment channels onto the Alipay platform from contract review to go-live. Enable the E2E transaction flow through the payment channels.
  • Strengthen the foundational elements of the product, encompassing payment processing, settlement, and merchant services to elevate its overall performance, competitiveness, and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscapes within the US and Latin American markets to garner market insights and stay abreast of emerging payment trends. Actively identify customer pain points, pinpoint untapped opportunities, and leverage these findings to innovative products that address unmet needs and enhance the user experience.
  • Understand, define and track product performance metrics and continuously enhance customer experience and performance.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary product contact for queries related to the product.

Experience

  • 2 years and above experience in payment product.
  • Experience in US, Latam, EU, JP, KR payment channel expansion, E2E payment product design and implementation is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding on digital wallet, payment technology, payment channels and industry players in North America markets and/or Latam markets
  • Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams. Experience in understanding business requirement and defining product specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to do competitor analysis and product planning.
  • High adaptive capability and motivation in working in a fast-pace organization and business. Ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration.

  • Réaliser des audits au sein des filiales ou du siège pour renforcer l'application des normes de contrôle.

Gestion des Assurances :

  • Servir d'interlocuteur principal pour la gestion des contrats d'assurance (risques, propriété, crédit), en coordonnant les relations avec les différents acteurs internes et externes.

Profil recherché :

  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 7 années d'expérience, incluant un passage en consolidation.
  • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un esprit pragmatique, vous êtes autonome et orienté(e) vers les solutions.

The successful candidate will be working directly underneath and alongside the SOC Leads and SOC Manager, responding to alerts and investigating incidents from a massive variety of clients, whilst working alongside a genuinely exceptional team of SOC Analysts.

This is an incredible opportunity for a SOC Analyst to join one of the most highly respected MDR capabilities in the UK and gain exposure to cutting edge XDR technologies and methodologies, whilst also receiving personalised training plans and hands-on mentorship from highly technical and experienced Senior SOC Analysts / Leads.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor cyber defence security tooling - SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, VM, etc
  • Investigate incidents utilising tooling in place, as well as proactively using open source investigations tooling, e.g. Wireshark, tcpdump, Mojo Packets, etc
  • Accurately document and report findings to clients, handling calls and guiding through incidents.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a SOC environment or exposure to various security monitoring technologies (SIEM, Intrusion Detection / Prevention, Endpoint Detection, etc)
  • Genuine interest in cyber security and evidence to back that up - own home lab set up, PCAP Analysis experience, TryHackMe, etc
  • Previous experience using tools within the Microsoft Stack (Azure, Sentinel, Defender) would be ideal here but not a must.
