One of my public sector clients are looking for an AI Engineer to join their team on a fully remote basis, this will be on an initial contract until the end of March with a view to extend. They are interested in Engineers with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams. 

Key Requirements

• Must have experience in building Large Language Model based applications incorporating tool usage and information retrieval.
• Must have experience in Python programming language.
• Must have experience administering Amazon Web Services accounts.
• Must be able to take ownership of the entire feature development lifecycle, i.e. development and testing through to deployment.
• Should have experience in agile product delivery, working within a small interdisciplinary team to deliver as a group.

Lawrence Harvey are partnering with a highly respected retail organisation that’s embarking on a major Zellis HR & Payroll migration, moving from their on-premise solution to Zellis HCM Cloud. 

They’re looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead this transformation, working closely with Zellis to deliver a seamless migration and ensure a smooth transition for all employees. 

This is an Outside IR35 contract role for an initial 6 months, paying £450-500 per day starting in November. 

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week required in East Anglia, unfortunately there is no flexibility on this. 

Experience:

• Proven experience delivering HRIS or Payroll system migrations or implementations, ideally with Zellis (ResourceLink or HCM Cloud).

• Zellis experience is a must-have, ideally having done a similar sort of project 

• Strong background in project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile, or PMP).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple business functions with the ability to challenge external Vendors if needed.

• Hands-on experience managing data migration, testing, and change management activities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

• Experience in the retail sector or other large, complex organisations would be advantageous.

• Experience modernizing legacy systems and introducing scalable SaaS platforms and ITSM processes
• ITIL certification (required); other governance or process certifications (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000, Six Sigma) are a plus
• Strong vendor management skills and comfort managing operational budgets
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities - able to influence across technical and business teams

ERP Integration Architect - REMOTE - Greater London

A client of ours is actively recruiting for an agnostic ERP Integration Architect to sit between their ERP and CRM. The business is at RFP stage across 3 workstreams including ERP, so this is a vey exciting time to be joining. Netsuite plus a mixture of other ERP systems worked with is preferrable. Our client is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with deep knowledge of SAP Data Architecture, specifically within MDG. This role requires someone who has the gravitas to challenge SI's, align business and IT, and drive data ownership across teams.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA programmes as a Solution Architect
• Expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
• Strong experience with SI, vendor, and stakeholder management
• Prior experience working on global complex E2E programmes
• Strong knowledge of BW/4HANA, reporting architecture, and experience integrating with Azure DataLakes would be beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the data architecture across the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem
• Define and oversee the implementation of SAP MDG frameworks for material, customer, and vendor master data
• Provide architecture oversight on SAP BW/4HANA, Embedded Analytics, Power BI, and Azure Data Lake integration's
• Collaborate with SI partners and internal teams to ensure sustainable, scalable data models
