PricewaterhouseCoopers, also known as PwC, or a ‘Big 4’ Consultancy is a professional services firm that offers clients various business services across accounting, auditing, human resources consulting, and strategy management.
They are most well known for being one of the world’s most prestigious and progressive accounting firms offering career development opportunities, formal coaching and mentoring, and trainings.
Relevant to the relationship Lawrence Harvey has with PwC, we work extensively with their Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Forensics team. This team is responsible for solving their clients most critical business and data protection challenges.
The challenge they were facing.
We were tasked with helping them reach these growth plans to help them achieve their goals. They were winning a lot of business from their clients across various industries and needed more consultants to order to effectively and efficiently deliver.
As specialist recruiter in the Data Privacy space with a specialist team focused in the Consulting space, we network day in and day out with top talent. We provided an additional layer of support by tapping into a passive candidate network, covering a broad scope of the legal and privacy market relevant to the location and skillset.

To best provide a solution to the challenges PwC was facing, we dedicated a comprehensive resourcing team to the account to ensure we could be efficiently, and effectively resource for the positions while still maintaining a high level of service and detail.
As part of our process, we were able to share the data of each search. This included the candidates contacted, candidates spoken with, the candidates we spoke with that we didn’t send and why. The feedback from each search was provided to ensure competitive alignment to market conditions.
